Fowlkes Associate Doug Budin is a native New Yorker, now based in Los Angeles. For nearly two decades, Doug served in a client facing role as Director of LGBTQ Marketing and Experiential Strategy at a boutique LGBTQ agency. In his role at this agency, Budin helped develop the annual LGBTQ programming and experiential activations for clients including, Absolut Vodka, Pepsico brands Aquafina and Diet Pepsi, MillerCoors premium lights, as well as limited campaigns for Three Olives Vodka, Undergear, and A&E Network.
Doug shepherded and managed the partnerships with myriad 501c3 LGBTQ organizations including, The Trevor Project, GLAAD, OUTfest, and the LA Gay and Lesbian Center, developing long-lasting ties within the community.
His work has been nominated for a GLAAD Media Award (In an Absolut world: Stadium), winner of the 2012 Pernod Ricard Premier Award for best campaign (Absolut – OUTrageous) and nominated for two ANA Awards for his work on the Absolut Vodka integration on Rupaul’s Drag Race.
