Kevin Douglas brings a lifelong commitment to compassion, curiosity, and cross-cultural understanding to his work with Fowlkes Consulting. Under the mentorship of Dr. A.C. Fowlkes, he has developed a grounded, research-informed approach to helping people participate in honest dialogue and build cultures where identity is respected.

A graduate of Hendrix College, Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts with concentrations in biology and visual art. That interdisciplinary foundation shapes the way he works: analytical enough to understand systems, creative enough to help people see new possibilities, and human enough to keep the conversation connected to real experience.

As a trained facilitator of the Warm Courage framework created by Dr. A.C. Fowlkes, Kevin helps leaders learn practical tools for telling the truth, holding clear boundaries, practicing accountability, and protecting connection. He also supports facilitated dialogue and consulting engagements focused on LGBTQ+ inclusion, multicultural engagement, and practical culture change. His work is driven by a simple belief: common ground is possible, and every person deserves an environment where they can contribute without erasing who they are.
